MyPack is an on-line system, designed to assist in the creation of the Home Information Pack. It is the first web-based solution that enables you to initiate a HIP, make user accounts for those parties you select to contribute to the HIP and actively collaborate with them in the HIP creation.
With instant notifications, interactive forms and automated sign-offs, MyPack is far more than a repository.
It can save hours of administration, minimise the chance of incorrect entries to a HIP and works while you rest, 24 hours a day. MyPack HIPs are instantly accessible and simple to work with, with on-line support every step of the way. However, when we developed MyPack we did not stop there. We created a modular solution which can be branded and tailored by property professionals to integrate seamlessly into their systems and portfolio. It is a system which can promote only your preferred partners if required, whilst also enabling the contribution of any chosen third parties.
What does MyPack do?
For each new HIP created, MyPack dedicates a unique area of secure web space which is used as the collaborative workspace for the development of the HIP. Not only are documents easily viewable, but MyPack provides a full audit trail. Contributing parties are invited to log into the HIP with specific viewing rights or responsibilities and can both monitor HIP progress and also upload documents, forms or comments.
MyPack is an intelligent solution that can assess when the HIP is complete and the correct sections have been signed off, but at the same time it allows complete human intervention so the over-riding control of the HIP rests with the HIP creator.
